Your company, handled anonymously

Your advisor publishes a teaser whose identity cannot be reverse-engineered. You follow the process in your own client portal and approve the material before it is shared.

  • We check that the company cannot be identified from the listing
  • You approve the information memorandum before anyone sees it

The buyer journey

From account to bid in four steps

All contact goes through the advisor, and every step is logged. You never see more than you have been granted access to.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Name, company and work email — or register with Google. The account is free, and you can start reviewing opportunities immediately.

  2. 02

    Find and watch

Filter by sector, geography and revenue. Flag the companies you want to follow, and decide for yourself what to be alerted about.

  3. 03

Request access and sign the NDA

Two-step approval: the advisor accepts the request, you sign the NDA digitally. The signed agreement and acknowledgement are stored as a single PDF on your profile.

  4. 04

    CIM, data room and bid

The full information memorandum with a source on every figure, the spreadsheet behind the numbers, the documents, Q&A — and the bid form in DealBid.

The quality of the material

Every figure is bound to a source

The figures in a DealHub information memorandum come from one place and are locked. The accounts come from the official company and accounts registries, from Proff, and from the accounting system or accounting reports, and the sources are reconciled against each other.

  • Reported and adjusted earnings are kept apart, with a documented bridge between them
  • Discrepancies between sources are flagged openly in the document instead of being smoothed over
  • Valuation is never written into the CIM. That judgement is yours.
  • Documented — taken from a source
  • Stated — confirmed by the seller
  • Calculated — and labelled as calculated

DealBid

Your bid is read exactly as you meant it

A bid in an email thread gets interpreted. In DealBid, price, structure, financing, conditions and timeline sit exactly where you put them — and you can revise right up to the deadline.

  • Everything you offer is registered — nothing gets lost between attachments and email threads
  • Save as a draft and revise up to ten times. You are not bound by your first number.
  • Process letter, phases and deadlines with a countdown — you always know the rules, and the timing
  • Q&A in the same place, with answers published to the whole field — you do not lose out by not having asked
  • Only your primary contact can submit, so two different bids never go out from the same company

Follow the market

You do not need to check — you get notified

Watchlist

Flag a company you want to follow, and they all gather on one page you can return to.

Alerts per transaction

New documents, answers to questions and approaching deadlines — with the option to mute individual transactions.

Messages

The dialogue with the advisor lives on the transaction, not in your inbox.

My NDAs

Every signed agreement with its acknowledgement in one document, ready to download when compliance asks.

Security

Built for confidential transactions

Access control is not an add-on — it is the foundation. A seller only dares to go to market if this holds.

Two-step NDA

The advisor approves the request, the buyer signs the agreement. Only then do the CIM and data room open.

Anonymity safeguards

We automatically search the company registry on the combination of details in the listing, to see whether anyone could work out which company it is.

Per-recipient watermarking

Every PDF is stamped with name, email and timestamp on delivery. If a document leaks, its origin is known.

Isolated rooms

Every advisory firm and every transaction sits in its own closed area. Nobody can see into an area they have not been admitted to.

Data in the EU

Encrypted both in transit and in storage, and stored in the EU.

Audit trail

Every access, every bid and every approval is logged with who and when — so it can be produced in a due diligence.

The other side of the marketplace

Buyers come here because sellers and advisors do

Considering a sale, or joining a larger group?

The client portal is your own room in the process. You see the timeline, the documents and the buyer interest — and you approve the information memorandum before a single buyer sees it. Without M&A jargon, and on your phone.

  • Your own timeline
  • Document approval
  • Weekly digest
  • No access for anyone else
