For advisory firms and advisors
The AI writes the information memorandum from your own source material. You run the buyers, the bid round and the client dialogue from the same place — and your teaser reaches the buyers already on the Nordic marketplace.
LOS Elektro · NDA approved 14:22 — Project Nord · new bid 13:58 — Certus · interest deadline in 2 days
Four things no one else gives you
The Nordic platforms you know solve storage, sharing and matching. None of them produce the document itself. DealHub does.
Company registration numbers are verified against the Norwegian company registry (Enhetsregisteret), five years of filed accounts are pulled and reconciled against each other, and the company website is crawled. The global AI tools lack Nordic registries, language and conventions.
A figure typed in by hand with no source stops the document from going to approval. Not as a warning — as a hard stop.
The marketplace is the same system. Publish a teaser and it reaches buyers who have already registered and set their criteria.

The process
The work runs in the background, so you can close your laptop. You are notified when there is something to decide on — and you keep control of every single figure along the way.
Registry lookups, accounts, website and your own files. Works with or without input from the seller.
Three phases: figures, writing, quality check. You see the status per chapter as it runs.
Everything the AI is unsure about in one queue, with the source and what a yes means, item by item.
Built from the finished document, and checked against the registries to see whether the company can be identified.
Looks like the finished document. Every figure shows its source, and every change can be traced back.
Two people must approve, and the second sees what has changed since submission. Nothing can be published without it.
A schedule: publication, buyer invitations, reminder and interest deadline.
01 · CIM Builder
Upload accounts, agreements and your notes from the seller meeting. The platform locks the figures and writes a complete 15-chapter memorandum — with executive summary, EBITDA bridge, balance sheet, working capital, net debt and forecasts with assumptions.
Adjusted EBITDA came to 49.0 NOK m against reported 45.6 NOK m. The margin was 11.4 %
02 · BuyerHub
Build longlists of buyer companies and contacts shared across the firm, with tags, import and search. At the same time, your teaser reaches the buyers who have already registered on DealHub and stated their sector and size.
| Buyer | Type | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Nordic Industrial Group | Industrial | NDA signed |
| Fjord Capital Partners | PE | Awaiting approval |
| Berg Family Office | Family office | Teaser opened |
| Baltic Serial Acquirers | Serial acquirer | Invited |
03 · DealBid
Buyers submit bids through a six-step form instead of free text over email. Price, structure, financing, timeline and conditions are in the same format for everyone — and can be lined up side by side and exported to a spreadsheet.
| Buyer | EV | Cash | Earnout | Excl. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 560 | 100 % | — | 30 d |
| B | 545 | 70 % | 55 | 45 d |
| C | 610 | 80 % | 40 | 60 d |
| D | 470 | 60 % | 90 | 90 d |
04 · Buy-side
Build lists of target companies with financials and priority, track the dialogue with each one, and share status directly with the client — industrial buyer or PE fund — in their own room. No status reports over email.
| Target | Prio | Revenue | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nordvest Teknikk AS | A | 212 | Meeting set |
| Fjellstad Industri AS | A | 168 | In dialogue |
| Sørlandet Montasje AS | B | 94 | Contacted |
| Bergen Elektro AS | B | 77 | Not a fit |
05 · AI
The AI writes text, summaries and presentations from your own material. Quotes are verified verbatim against the source, and where the basis is missing it refuses to write and creates a work item instead.
Client material is stored encrypted in the EU and is not used to train models. Each advisory firm sits in its own closed area, and every AI run is logged with cost and time — visible to you, with a ceiling you set yourselves.
06 · DealHub on iPad and iPhone
Not the website wrapped in an app, but real iPhone and iPad apps that behave the way you expect — with the same data and the same access rules as in the browser.
Approve NDA requests, follow bid rounds, preview CIM drafts and manage buyer lists while you are out with a client. The whole advisor workspace, in landscape and portrait.
A dedicated app for buy-side mandates. The call queue is ready, you log the outcome right after the call, move the company forward and set the next step — without opening a laptop.
Both apps are in pilot and distributed to advisory firms through TestFlight.

And the rest of the working day
A live board for the office TV: overview, pipeline and buy-side rotate automatically, with your logo and colour, automatic day and night themes and an activity ticker along the bottom.
Buyer dialogue and internal messages gathered per transaction, with alerts when something needs action — and a digest instead of one notification per event.
The seller follows their own process in a dedicated room, with timeline, documents and buyer interest — approving material on their phone, without access to anything else.
Who opened the teaser, who moved on to the CIM, which chapters were actually read and who downloaded the databook.
Invite advisors and administrators into the firm, with invitation links, roles and a full view of who has access to what.
Every access, every bid, every approval and every download is logged with actor and timestamp — ready to be presented.
Operations and security
Each advisory firm sits in its own closed area. No data leaks between firms.
Encrypted both in transit and in storage, and stored in the EU.
Every PDF is stamped per recipient on delivery, including in external previews.
If a long AI job is interrupted it picks itself back up — and the chapters already finished remain.
About DealHub
DealHub is built inside the Norwegian M&A community, by advisors tired of holding a transaction together with spreadsheets, shared folders and email threads. Everything we build has to survive the question a buyer actually asks: where does this figure come from?
The platform is operated from Norway, with data stored in the EU. We take no commission and do not compete with our customers for mandates — the marketplace exists so buyers find your opportunities, not ours.
Get in touch
Tell us briefly how many transactions you run per year and which parts of the process cost you the most time today. We will come back with a proposal and concrete pricing.
Subscription per advisory firm, matched to the number of advisors and transaction volume. The buy side is always free — that is how the marketplace fills up.
Your own area with your firm's identity, users and NDA templates. We run the first mandate together with you.
